You will probably have been provided with training licenses for ABC’s online Cyber Security, UK GDPR, and Equality Diversity & Inclusion Foundation courses, to accompany this Induction Pack module. The IBC have developed two courses specifically for barristers’ clerks and their progression throughout their careers. They have a dedicated  website to support these courses – www.ibc-education.co.uk : 

Introduction to Business Management – designed particularly for junior barristers’ clerks. 

Advanced Business Management Course – a 12 month course intended to accelerate career development to higher levels within Chambers.

The above courses are facilitated and delivered by PME Training, who offer Chambers-specific training to help Chambers clerks and support staff develop and enhance their skills. You can find links to the PME courses on our website above.

The ILM level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management course for Barristers’ Clerks – a one-year programme 
 

ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management Qualification for Barristers’ Clerks – a two-year programme.
