Why is this training important?

This module aims to build a Bar-specific understanding of neurodiversity and embed neuro-inclusive practice across all roles in your chambers: members (KCs), pupils, employed barristers, clerks/practice managers, and chambers staff.

You will explore key concepts of neurodiversity and learn how to apply neuro-inclusive approaches across various contexts, including clerking, supervision, client interactions, listings/hearings, and chambers governance.
